The ENRICH (Engaging Nutrition Resources for Inclusive Cancer Health) project was developed to explore cancer nutrition/diet information for people from ethnic minority communities. The first stage of this work was gather feedback from diverse communities with a cancer experience and from health care professionals providing support and advice. This presentation will be sharing the information gathered from the first phase of this work.
Speaker - Joanna Injore BSc (Hons) RD, Macmillan Dietetic Clinical Fellow
Joanna Injore, a registered oncology Dietitian, brings over 20 years of expertise gained across the NHS, charity, and private sector. Her current role at Macmillan Cancer Support as a Dietetic Clinical Fellow has been to explore dietary information for diverse communities.
Joanna is also the owner of JI Nutrition, a private practice that delivers specialised support to cancer patients throughout their treatment journey and beyond. Beyond her clinical commitments, Joanna extends her skills to offer consultancy services to diverse brands.
