Speaker 

Amy Gittins, is specialist Gastro Dietitian who has extensive experience working in the NHS within the Gastroenterology teams at Arrowe Park Hospital and Alder Hey Children's Hospital.  She is fascinated by the impact of the Gut Microbiome on our health and wellbeing, working on a range of projects within this area in a freelance capacity.
