Thank you for volunteering to become a BDA representative! This training session will give you the skills and knowledge to excel in this rewarding role.
Designed for new BDA Trade Union Reps who have yet to receive formal training and those needing a refresher (especially if their last training was before 2019), this session will ensure you're fully equipped to support the BDA and your colleagues.
If you’ve completed the BDA Trade Union Stage 1 training since 2019, you are up to date with your training requirements and do not need to attend this session.
