The British Dietetic Association is a professional body and trade union and is the leading organisation of nutrition professionals in the UK, representing the nutrition and dietetic workforce across all sectors with over 11,800 members.

The successful applicant will provide high-quality administrative support to the education function of the British Dietetic Association. This will include:

  • Assisting with the delivery of the Centre for Education and Development (CED) courses;
  • Being the point of contact for Continual Professional Development (CPD) approval and endorsement;
  • Sports and Exercise Nutrition (SENR) endorsement and accreditation;
  • Support research activity and;
  • Provision of general administrative support for the education team.

You will have experience in office administration with a proficient understanding of Microsoft Office packages as well as virtual meeting platforms, experience of using a membership database.

Ideally you will have some experience of accreditation and endorsement processes, customer service, working as part of a busy team in an administrative/business environment. A basic understanding of professional bodies would also be useful.
