The advanced capabilities of our new membership system mean that many processes which were previously handled via email can now be managed through the BDA website. If you have any queries regarding the following areas of your membership, please visit the MyBDA area on our website:

- For your Evidence of Insurance certificate please complete either of the following two steps:
- Option 1:
- Log into your My BDA account
- Click on MyBDA
- On the home screen of your profile, you will see an option to ‘Access your professional indemnity insurance certificate’*. If you click on this button, you will be able to download your certificate.

- Alternatively, if you are logged into your My BDA account, you can access your certificate via the BDA Insurance homepage.
- If you go to the above webpage, you will see an option at the top of the page to ‘Access your professional indemnity insurance certificate’*. If you click on this button, you will be able to download your certificate.

- My SENR Registration: Check if your SENR registration and BDA membership are up to date by looking at the live online register here. If you do not appear on the listing, the SENR administrator can advise further at [email protected]
- SENR Certificates: We no longer issue SENR certificates; the live online register has replaced this
- Paying your BDA Membership: The SENR administrator needs to check your SENR registration status before your BDA membership payment is made.
