The BDA Volunteer of the Year award recognises an outstanding individual volunteer who has gone above and beyond for the profession and serves as an inspiration for others.

Entry Criteria

This award is open for applications and nominations. To apply for this award, you must be a member of the BDA and a current volunteer of the association.

Nominees must demonstrate:

The BDA’s values through everything that they do by being credible, dynamic, professional and innovative
How they act as a champion for the BDA
How they go above and beyond in their volunteer role
How they inspire and motivate others to volunteer
The impact they have made on the association and the profession

Exclusions: Spokespeople, Directors, trustees.
